Friedenau has character. In the golden 1920s, the district of Schöneberg was considered the creative center of the metropolis on the Spree. Erich Kästner, Kurt Tucholsky, and the Comedian Harmonists were at home here. The clocks tick a little slower here. In Friedenau, you stay calm. The center of Berlin, the City West, and the whole of city life can be reached quickly and easily - whether by car or train. The S/U-Bahn stations Innsbrucker Platz and Bundesplatz with the Ringbahn and the lines U4 and U9 can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. It takes about 4 minutes by car to get to the A100 city motorway. Südkreuz train station (ICE) can be reached in 7 minutes by car.
